JC 100M
High performance potassium hydroxide based detergent. Designed for in-process and final cleaning applications.
JC 200M
High performance neutral detergent designed for use with plastics, titanium anodized, aluminum anodized and non ferrous metals.
JC 210
Neutral detergent for removal of fingerprints, light soils, and particulate contamination. Suitable for use on metallic, glass, ceramic and plastic surfaces.
JC 250C
Mild alkaline process detergent for medium duty soil removal. Ultrasonic and immersion systems. Non-silicated.
JC 300C
Heavy duty alkaline detergent for removal of machining oils, stamping oils, and grinding compounds. Safe on ferrous and non-ferrous metals including aluminum. Ultrasonic and immersion.
JC 400C
Heavy duty non-silicated alkaline detergent. Used to remove machining oils, grinding, polishing, and lapping compounds. Safe on steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, carbide, and titanium.
JC 400M
High performance alkaline detergent used to remove machining oils, bead blast media, grinding and polishing compounds.
JC 500
Acidic detergent for cleaning and brightening brass, copper, and aluminum. Used for removal of coolants, light machining oils, and stamping oils.
JC 600
Mild alkaline detergent with built-in corrosion inhibitors for removal of machining oils and stamping oils. Safe on ferrous and non-ferrous metals including most aluminum alloys.
JC 700
High alkaline detergent for removal of machining oils, grinding, polishing, lapping compounds, and light carbon. Safe on steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium.
JC 700M
High alkaline hydroxide base for in process cleaning designed for machining, stamping and polishing compounds.
JC CitraPass 5220
Citric acid detergent for use in ultrasonic and immersion applications. Can be used to passivate 300 series, 17-4, and 400 series stainless steel alloys (ASTM 967).
JC CitraPass 5220M
High performance citric acid detergent used for passivation in the medical device industry. Works well with ultrasonics. (ASTM 967, B600)
JC Mold Cleaner
Caustic based cleaner formulated for the removal of residues from injection mold operations.
JC-Optic 210
High performance neutral cleaner using new-surface active compounds. Effective in removal of fingerprints, light soils, and particulate. Ultrasonic and immersion.
